Sarah took time to listen and understand what I wanted and all through the process was happy to go back and cut more or change something slightly, giving good advice and explaining why she was using products and how to style my hair.

My stylist is friendly and professional. She also listens & discusses with me my requirements. Happy with service provided but do find it a little expensive!

Head massage is amazing, however maybe it should be for longer (30 minutes?!?!)
