The ambience of the salon is nice and the lady at reception took my coat and was very lovely and I got a peppermint tea. My hair stylist was nice, but did not give me the cut or style that I asked for and she was very unprofessional. I got a shine which is a nice color so I'm happy about that. However, the cut is not what I wanted and she styled it horribly. At first, it was blowdried and came in at my chin so I looked like a round ball (think Lord Farquaad from Shrek), and then she attempted to put some waves in it (photo attached) and it looked half done and just awful. I also had a piercing irritation on my ear that I warned her about, and she kept hitting it over and over, not trying at all to be gentle with my ear and constantly pulling my hair - she was very abrasive. At the end of the visit I was told I would be charged 175 GBP, when the website quoted me 135 GBP. I will say that the girl at the front was super nice when I started crying because I was horrified of my haircut and could not believe I was about to pay 175 for something I hated. She was very kind to not make me pay for my haircut. Overall, the salon amended the situation which I'm extremely grateful for, however I will not be returning or recommending this salon to anyone.

The salon looks good and staff are polite and professional. However, it took over an hour to apply colour for my regrowth tint and subsequently I had an extremely rushed haircut, with a blow dry that was very substandard. This was one of the first times I’ve walked out of a salon disappointed with my hair cut- it usually looks brilliant until I’ve washed it! My hair colour also seems very dark compared to my natural colour, perhaps because the product was on for so long and in places brushed all the way down my hair.

The only thing I would like to have your attention is the hygiene matter of the stylist. I hv noticed that no one would clean their hands before they go to start the haircut. Please wash or use the cleaning gel before getting started. Thank you.

The haircut is exceptionally good but the prices are too high. If is was a bit less I would go more often seams they shot up from 87 to 130 in a matter of months Also is a bit cheeky to have an automatic tip starting at 18% Overall very pricy has become a luxury no longer a frequent visit but one for special occasions I am a fan however and think the team are fantastic Would be nice to have a manicure station etc again was a good one stop shop experience

I'd like to see quicker blow dry's and clear indication of what constitutes a fancy v a rough blow dry, thank you.
