not exaggerating here... I have recently moved to Beaconsfield from greater London and I've been getting used to changing beauty providers for treatments. my experience here today has been the best so far. what a beautiful place, with excellent service and worth every penny. My therapist just made me feel so relaxed start to finish and made me laugh a few times. Best experience I have had ever when having waxing treatments. thank you so much will definitely be back!

On this visit there seemed to be a mismatch of appointment times , with the salon and myself. I was called to advise I was late. When I booked the time of the appointment last month I added this to my diary at the time of booking so for me the time had not changed at all. It appears My appointment had been brought forward 15 minutes , if this had been done post my booking I wasn’t made aware of this. For my appointment i was unable to have the allotted hour appointment but was advised I would only be able to be accommodated for a half hour slot , as I was late essentially. This was fine but the tone of the caller was definitely indicating that this was my fault as I was late and had clearly got the wrong time down In saying that the person that provided the treatment was very helpful and competent.
