I had a male back wax, which I have had previously with no problem. The procedure was not as proficient as previous treatments. Also, when I returned home and I could look in a mirror, I noticed a large area that was not waxed and other areas not fully waxed. I returned to the salon today and the areas were treated. There was an apology but no offer of a discount/ refund/ discount voucher for future treatment. I may book again but, if I do, I will avoid the beautician that served me this time.
