20% price hike since last July. Simply not worth the money. Sadly will be going elsewhere.

Thank you for your feedback. We regret that you were unhappy with your experience, and we are keen to address the matters raised. Please note that there has been a temporary, one-off increase in charges to customers during their first visit back to the salon, due to the requirement for more products to be used in treating client’s hair, in addition to the extra time allocated to stylists. However, I would reiterate that this charge is only being applied once. Kindly be advised that there has not been a price increase for some time. Also, we have absorbed all PPE costs, and have not passed this onto our valued clients. We do hope this explains the temporary increase in costs and of course, you are always welcome back at the salon.

I turned up on time for my appointment and was kept waiting 25 minutes without explanation. Clearly another appointment had been squeezed in, but someone should have let me know? Other than that, I was happy with the service I received and pleased with the final result. A little more thought for the customer would really be appreciated.
