All the salon staff are very welcoming and friendly. Jonathan the salon director does my hair. He is an excellent stylist and knows his colour as well. It's worth paying a little bit extra to get a really good cut, which lasts. One thing I have noticed at salons I have used in recent years including this one, is that the stylist doesn't always brush you down afterwards, the way they used to. I have often had to ask for a brush and sometimes, they haven't even had a clothes brush.It's the little extra touches which matter!
