Sarah makes you feel very welcome and at ease. During the initial consultation Sarah discussed the treatments available and asked for my concerns/expectations based on my answers it was decided a course of Caci Facials would suit my needs. Sarah is extremely knowledgeable with many years experience, I felt completely comfortable during the treatments as Sarah’s qualifications reassured me I was in good hands. I am very pleased with the results and will continue to visit this salon to maintain my excellent results. The salon is spotless which comes as no surprise, having gotten to know Sarah over the course of my treatment it has become obvious to me she has extremely high standards. I highly recommend Essentials Health & Beauty.

After a stressful couple of days I am now completely blissed out because yesterday I had a fabulous hot stone massage by Sarah. I've had lots of massages by good therapists before, but this was the best ever. I've been going to Essentials every month for about 20 years and have had a variety of treatments. Sarah is a sympathetic listener, friendly and funny. The salon is so clean and calm you relax immediately she opens the door. She keeps up to date with new treatments, really knows her stuff and gives good advice. Going to Essentials is always a lovely experience. Thank you Sarah! E
