Lower marks than usual for overall environment. The salon was very busy (as always) but we had difficulty hearing each other due to very loud rock music. This aside Dayna excelled like she always does.

As usual a fabulous service. You should think about offering quarterly discounts or 'colour sales ' to loyal customers. Although I love the salon I will go elsewhere if it's cheaper and lots of salons are now offering loyalty rewards of some kind.
