My experience is exceptional. Staff are warm and welcoming. Staff checks on me even if I'm not their client. Nothing is too much to ensure my experience is a delightful one. Let's face it, it's not cheap but I get what I pay for and more: quality products, great head massages, experienced and honest stylists who care about me and my hair in a friendly and professional environment. My stylist gives honest advice and suggestions about my hair. Errol Douglas really care about its customers and they are happy to go that extra mile without hesitation. I would not go anywhere else. Why not treat yourself or a loved one, you won't be disappointed!
