Nice environment and hairdresser but my hair wasn’t colored how I wanted it! I feel ripped off for what I paid so unfortunately won’t be returning

Although I am currently a very poorly lady, envy (Ali) made me feel very at ease and I was happily sat in one of the chairs to the back of the salon which helped to stop my anxiety taking over, this has been my first visit to the salon for about two years because I’ve not been well enough in the past year, overall I’m very happy with my new haircut and feeling a little better in myself for it so thank you Abbie and Ali for looking after me so well today x
