I had heard that red-light therapy could help with healing, rejuvenation and general well-being, but I had no idea about the amazing effect it would have on my mood and apparently on my sleep! As soon as I left the salon after my first session, I felt light and happy, like when the sun comes out after a week of grey weather. Then two days later I had my second treatment, and the night after that my sleep dramatically improved for no apparent reason. A few days later I found out by chance, when watching a YouTube video by Dr Berg on Melatonin, that Melatonin is not only the most powerful anti-oxidant of them all, but that we make it ourselves and infra red light helps us to generate it. It's vital for good sleep, but also helps protect us from all other kinds of cell damage including cancer. I really recommend red-light therapy for so many reasons and the Enhance salon delivers an excellent all round package, with a mini-moisturising facial afterwards and skin care advice if needed. The treatments were excellent value as I booked with an offer of 12 sessions for the price of 10. I cannot recommend too highly.

Today was the best massage/body mask experience ever. Katie was very skilled at her job. All of the staff were attentive and friendly. TI enjoyed every minute and will definitely be back.

Every time I visit for a treatment I always feel very special and the girls are so lovely and friendly and we always have a little chat and they always remember me.I love having Gemma as she has got to know me and what I like and what I am not sure on. Gemma always explains what treatment I have booked for and will advise me on my needs . Overall experience is always excellent and I leave feeling 100% better than before. Katie and her staff go beyond to help you and to make you feel special, even if you are feeling low you will leave the salon feeling so much better. Keep the good work up and I very much look forward to my next visit. Thank you all very much for the experience.
