Overall I am happy with the salon my stylist and the quality of my hair cut. However, I often find that the brushes etc. have not been cleaned and still have lots of other peoples hair in them in fact at my last visit the brush used was full of long blond hair and it was a bit off putting. I realise it is the nature of the business but feel that the combs and brushes should be cleaned before moving onto the next client. On a positive note my hair is always cut very well, all are very friendly and I like the text to remind of appointments. I also think that the birthday email with the £5 off is a very nice touch.

Always a vibrant salon with plenty going on, so can at times be extremely busy, especially on Saturdays. Staff always helpful and interested enough to ensure that they are meeting your expectations, and have good knowledge re products and styling.

Atmosphere in salon is usually upbeat and friendly. Sometimes have to wait a while for a coffee after having been seated prior to appointment with stylist. I've never been offered magazines to read when waiting, but have managed to locate them myself! Recent price increase was a rather hefty 10% making the salon as expensive as other hairdressers in the town centre. These are all small niggles that can be addressed and I would still recommend salon to friends and family.

Each time I have been there I have been kept waiting for about 20minutes, due to over booking. I do find that salons are not very customer service orinatated for existing customers. Shame, we all like to,feel valued customers.

I think the salon is a very pleasant surprise especially the relaxation room where you are taken to have your hair washed. The salon is designed very well and is clean as are the staff who are smartly dressed. The overall service is professional and friendly. I was a little disappointed with my restyle but at least it isn't too drastic and I can manage to make it look reasonable.
