As my favorite hairdresser went on maternity leave, I had to go to someone else in the salon and the difference between these 2 hairdressesrs is huge. As this young lady is junior stylist I appreciate she needs to learn, perhaps she should ask her clients to give her honest and constructive feedback. She is pretty rough with hair.

I think the salon is a very pleasant surprise especially the relaxation room where you are taken to have your hair washed. The salon is designed very well and is clean as are the staff who are smartly dressed. The overall service is professional and friendly. I was a little disappointed with my restyle but at least it isn't too drastic and I can manage to make it look reasonable.
