As ever coming to En Route is a pleasure. Service is so attentive. Sophie is an exceptional stylist who knows my hair very well. I want to mention the fabulous Lottie too, she is so confident and competent in her customer service skills, always updating me throughout my visit and she is a credit to the salon. I’ve been coming for a couple of years now and although I don’t come often I enjoy it when I do. liv does my hair and I have so much trust that I’m at the point where she can do what she wants and I trust I’ll love it every time and I do!! I get so many compliments on my hair. Only got good things to say!!

It’s my second visit to En Route and I am pleased to say it will become my go to hair salon. Debbie is welcoming kind and patient. She listens to what her client wants and delivers on those requirements.
