I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Alta today for my long overdue hair appointment. Special thanks to Jade for a very relaxing hour. The head massage was an unexpected bonus! I am very happy with my new hairstyle. I will definitely be back!

This salon is clean and the service is great and I loved the people there, but I expect a hairstylist to share more recommendations based on people’s face and style , also I expect to see my hair much more glowy and shiny after the job finish not to look frizzy. One of the reasons people go to the salons, is to feel different at least for a day.

Customer service was great, well looked after from start to finish. Although the salon was busy and I had no appointment. I wasn't turned away, the stylist was very helpful, kind and efficient. I have been several times to this salon and it's always a great experience, the staff are really attentive and you feelgoodwhenyou leave because they listen to what you want.well done all at Alta!

I had a wonderful first experience today at ALTA. I felt welcomed and comfortable from the minute i walked through the door..i felt like i had been a client for years. Hannah cut my hair beautifully, making me feel human again. Thank you for such a lovely experience. Love your open on a Sunday too, I will definitely be back for more Sunday salon vibes.

It has taken years to find such an amazing hairdresser (Mario) and a simply amazing team. The ambiance is not only warm and inviting, the whole team are so happy, helpful and now I found Alta, nowhere else could ever compare 😄
