Disgraceful. I was approached by a woman with a towel around her shoulders, having her roots touched- up to ask quite abrasively whether I had an appointment when I had been waiting there for 20 minutes already and had spoken to someone else. I then had my hair washed by someone who was splashing the water on my clothing and did not seem to have much experience at washing hair. Already disheartened by this, I was the approached by the hairdresser Charmaine who treated me with such utter disrespect and hostility throughout the visit. She looked at my hair with a contemptuous expression then said “you have a lot of flakes” very loudly. From the tone and manner in which it was said, the intention was to cause embarrassment not to “help me”. I was absolutely shocked. She then asked me, when last did you cut your hair, so I said 3 months ago and she replied “3 weeks ago” with an exaggerated surprised look on her face. She then went on to ask me “how do you say your name” and “what do you do”, to then reply “what is that”. I was clearly not interested in engaging in a conversation with her. She insisted on seeing a photo of the haircut I had asked for, even though I had already explained what I wanted and was becoming impatient when I was trying to find a photo with the poor data cellular service in the salon. I ended up with a very standard and mediocre haircut. This was by far the worst experience that I have ever had at a hair salon. This individual lacked basic manners and was extremely unpleasant. I felt very uncomfortable and unwelcomed here and I will never return, nor will I recommend this place.

I came in to be serviced by Hannah after receiving an email which stated her introductory rates, I had thought this was a ‘graduate stylist’ rate, was told my Mario there isn’t any graduates at the salon and the introductory rate was not honoured. Despite me confirming I had received the email about the introductory rates. Luckily I could afford the extra cost, but if I hadn’t been able to it would have been very embarrassing

The whole appointment felt really rushed, there wasn’t really any volume in my root like I asked and the whole blow dry was just rushed. I’d came to the salon before and the whole thing (wash cut and dry) took about an hour and a half and a lot of care was taken with the cut and dry but this time it was just so rushed

Friendly salon and I'm really happy with my hair cut. I was not given the 30% off for new clients as advertised. It would be good if this could be automatically applied when booking so that busy staff don't have to remember to apply the discount.

First visit to salon and spend nearly £200 Random half filled coffee cups around the salon looking most unkept. Toilet had empty toilet rolls thrown around Music was very very loud but when asked to turn it down it was turned down No drink offered on arrival Water sprayed down back on hair wash and back of dress was soaked until got home to change No one on reception to greet on arrival had to hang own coat up and take gown myself. Lovely staff very kind and knowledgeable.

Thank you for your lovely services again team. I will return for future visits as I really like the friendliness and professionalism of the entire team. My only extra thought to feed back would be that 4/5 hours in the chair is a long time - could do with some biscuits with the coffee and a quick loo break in-between to keep comfortable if at all possible.
