As a new client to the salon, I was invited for a consultation when booking a cut and colour appointment. Kate was friendly and welcoming, providing good ideas and advice about what colours would suit my skin tone and blend in well with my natural hair colour. When returning for my actual appointment, she again made sure that I was happy with what we had discussed previously before applying the colours and commencing the cut. Kate was bubbly throughout and provided exactly the hairstyle I had hoped for.
