Every member of Staff at this salon is very friendly and very professional nothing is too much trouble for them. I enjoy every visit and feel as if I am visiting a Family. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

It was a great experience! The stylist listened to me and discussed what was going to be done very clearly. I wasn't happy anymore with my old hair salon - I ma really happy with this one!

I was thrilled with my colour, cut and express dry. Caitlin was a very professional and knowledgeable hairdresser, helped me choose the right shade for my copper hair and advised on products. She listened to what I wanted and carried out a cut and finish to a high standard, very friendly and welcoming touches such as good coffee and hand massage! My only comment is that the pricing differed to the one quoted - perhaps prices could match a brief description so you know what you are selecting online. It would have been helpful to have a receipt showing the breakdown of costs once you have paid. Couldn't see prices advertised clearly in the salon so had no idea what was 'free' and I had no indication of what the final bill would be until I was at the desk. All in all I can highly recommend the salon and will definitely return. Any chance of a discount for NHS staff or students? 😊 Thanks again Caitlin you gave excellent service. A credit to the team.

Thank you for your feedback Kim. When booking online, you are quoted for the services that you choose, however after talking to Caitlan, you had something different done. It has been fed back to the whole team that if the appointment differs from the one booked a revised quote should be given. Our website does have an offers page, student discount is given, if you have a valid student card, then please present this to your stylist. We are delighted that you are so pleased with your hair and hope we have addressed your comments, so that next time we can exceed your expectations.
