My first visit. Lovely environment and loved the organic products. Helpful advice from my stylist who did a lovely job with the cut and colour. Very friendly staff felt relaxed there and will go back again.

Superb cut and style again from Denise. I always feel great when I leave the salon, even promising today, to retain her 24/7 if I ever win lottery!! I would recommend Eden Lounge to anyone looking for, not only a great hair experience, but the really good and valuable advice the staff give on your hair maintenance going forward to your next appointment. Well done and “thank you Denise”.

I didn’t go into a salon for years after my surgery on my head. Now I look forward to my Eden Lounge visits and I enjoy a beautiful afternoon experience in the Lounge. It starts with lovely welcome by the team, upstairs I enjoy a quieter more relaxing experience with Marty greeting me, giving time for building rapport again, checking in before discussing my treatment for this visit. I’m offered a lovely welcoming drink whilst Marty make preparations and I’m made to feel relaxed and comfortable. My hair treatment begins with great care especially with my previous health issues and given lots of reassurance when needed. During my treatment team members regular check I’m ok, more drinks, friendly banter amongst the team and myself and it’s a fun and happy experience. I’m regularly advised what’s happening, hair washed with great care and regular checks on temperature on my head. Other clients may not need to worry about these things during a visit, however, it’s important for me the whole team work with me, a distraction team member could change this lovely experience. My hair is beautifully cut and hair dried with great care not too hot and products used are important too. Marty and team are great, very attentive putting me at ease to have a relaxing and enjoyable experience. My self confidence afterwards encourages me to relax, take more self care over the next weeks and I feel uplifted and happy. I’m looking forward to seeing the team again when I return in March.
