I booked an appointment for Lauren for her 16th birthday to have her hair coloured ( for the first time ) and styled as a treat. Emily was amazing, she listened to what Lauren liked and her ideas and really understood what she wanted straight away. I left Lauren in the salon for a couple of hours knowing she was in good hands, and when I came back Lauren’s hair was stunning ! The colour was gorgeous and Emily cut and styled it perfectly. Lauren is so happy and really thrilled with her hair. Thank you for making her first ‘grown up’ salon visit so great !
