It was so lovely to finally get back in the salon after lockdown! Aimee was so helpful and friendly and Maddy was great when advising what to do with the mess I’d made of my hair using home dye kits. Thank you!

Felt that the washing off was done very quickly having had a colour on. The conditioner was barely on before it was rinsed off, with no proper head massage. Felt disappointed for the first time, as a regular customer. All very rushed. However, happy with the colour.
