First visit of many more to come. Warm and friendly welcome from all members of the salon. Felt at home and at ease, throughout my appointment. Ben showed a professional and human interest in working out with me, what I wanted done ... I am delighted with what he achieved. Excellent hair-washing facilities - very comfortable seating and headrest, as well as a footstool! Wonderful display of flowers on the wall opposite added to my relaxed enjoyment. Kai (not sure whether I've spelled his name correctly) gave me a delicious coffee, beautifully served on a tray, complete with flower in vase. Very
