First visit, and last. Asked for colour to be left for specific time,15 - 20 mins. Left on for 45 in total, even tho they said usually 30. I have a short hair cut - trimmed round ears - didn't do that so had to do when i got home. Even tho only 1 then 2 others in salon, ignored as i stared out of window at passers by for something to do. Have all the add ons - wine, massage etc.- but just wanted my hair coloured and cut! Price was ridiculous - £121! Maybe that's why they stretched it out, so i felt i'd got my moneys worth - but i didnt. Never again. Rip off.
