I’m so very happy with Essentia. I’m always greeted kindly. Nothing is too much trouble. Feel very valued as a customer. The team are very knowledgeable about styling and hair care. Diane did my hair today and she is absolutely fantastic. Listens to her client!

This was my first visit to Esentia. The salon was really comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere. The stylist was so friendly and very knowledgeable. My hair was not in great condition and the stylist gave me lots of good advice around caring for my hair. I love the colour and the cut. Will definitely be going back!

Kerry is always excellent and friendly but also very professional. Other staff are friendly and helpful. The salon is always clean and hygienic.

I have been coming to Essentia now for about 16 years and have got to know all the staff who are a great bunch of people friendly and polite, Steven has been doing my hair since the first time and we talk all topics and have a laugh, plus he's a great boss with his staff, would highly recommend.
