I was happy with the cut but the styling was awful. My hair was a frizzy mess and I had to restyle it myself when I got home. For the price I paid I shouldn’t have had to do that. Please learn how to style wavy/curly hair properly.

Have visited on several occasions before and have always been very happy. Today I went for a blow dry and asked for my hair curly, was told the man couldn't curl with the wand so would dry it then get one of the others to curl it. I was happy with that, however once my hair was dry I was told the girl who could have wanted it had left for the day, so left with a poker straight blow dry. The man was a really apologetic but I left feeling really unhappy. The man was lovely very polite and chatty but I just felt like.i left the salon thinking I could have done that myself at home and it wasn't what I wanted. Will I return - yes probably but would make sure the usual girl is there to do my hair

I went to Essentia for a cut and colour from Jade and today have had a hair up by Rebecca .As usual Jade and Rebecca gave a first class service as do all the staff there.I’ve been coming here since the salon opened and would recommend them highly .It’s a nice friendly environment and all the staff are friendly welcoming and very professional.The owner Steve is a lovely warm funny man who puts clients at ease .The salon is spacious and well set out with a good atmosphere .

I've used the salon for many years . My stylist Diane is an incredibly talented hairdresser and always listens to exactly what I want . She is very knowledgeable and I'm always happy to take her advice . All in all I always enjoy my visits.
