Gaynor is brilliant there are not enough words to say how good she really is. my hair is perfect thrilled. just a minus with the young lady who washed my hair it was only washed once and then only very brief when I commented she told me it was a new shampoo called "quick shampoo". I can't find aveda has such a product so just a minor detail hopefully next time the wash will be to this salons usual high quality.

Becky, as always excellent. When I arrived however, I was completely ignored by the receptionist, who didn't even ask my name. Felt invisible. Used to greeted, coat taken and offered a drink.

I use the salon regularly with my two daughters. It would be great if you could reward loyal customers with a discount on hair treatments or products as I know you have many loyal customers who visit time and time again (mostly because your staff are so good at their jobs and lovely to customers - they are a huge asset to your business).
