I think the hairdressers are excellent, very friendly and professional, and we all like the hair cuts by Gaynor and Martine. I do think however that the reception staff could be friendlier and more approachable.

Gaynor is the commensurate professional who treats her clients with the utmost respect and courtesy whilst being both amusing and consistent. Her loyalty to your business is remarkable. The environment is relaxed and quite welcoming but the decor is tired and needs refreshing which is reflected in the score given. This is said in the context of Dr Swede positioning itself (I presume) as one if not the premier salon in the town.

Gaynor’s interaction with customers and junior staff is beyond what I would expect. The squeaky tap on the basin needs to be fixed!!... And a new coat of paint and new lights would be good.

I use the salon regularly with my two daughters. It would be great if you could reward loyal customers with a discount on hair treatments or products as I know you have many loyal customers who visit time and time again (mostly because your staff are so good at their jobs and lovely to customers - they are a huge asset to your business).
