I always leave the salon feeling a million times better!! I walk in a scruff and leave glamorous ☺️ Tansy and her team are all very professional and excellent at their jobs. This last time (since the restrictions) I felt extremely safe as it is one of the few salons in bakewell that actually has the space to socially distance the clients properly. The salon is large and airy and exceptionally clean as it always is. Definitely the best salon in the area ☺️

I had my first visit here today with Ellen for a post lockdown trim and reshape on short hair. I was very impressed with the over all experience even with the covid-19 procedures in place it was a very relaxed environment. It all came across as very professional and Ellen styled my hair exactly how I wanted it. I will definitely go back to this salon and will recommend to friends and family.

Attended today for a leg wax by Sam who was friendly, professional and approachable. I was given privacy for undressing and dressing. I felt comfortable and at ease throughout.

I have always received very a warm welcome at this salon the service is excellent and of the highest standards. I believe customer service is most important and in all the years I’ve been visiting the salon have always come away feeling very special . The staff team are always very professional. I have never had a poor experience at the salon which has been upgraded in the last year and looks fantastic with cosmetic products well laid out easily available. Try it and see!!!!
