First time visit to the salon and a fabulous expert from start to finish. I’m in my early 60’s and having gone through the menopause, my hair is very thin and doesn’t grow well. My hairdresser totally got me as she herself had alopecia. We need to talk more openly about these things rather than shy away from going to the hairdressers. A good hairdresser will listen to your concerns and won’t make you feel rubbish about yourself. Peri menopausal, hormones etc. can play havoc with your system resulting in thinning hair and hair loss - come on ladies - let’s get talking to our hairdresser! Highly recommend Edward James salon.

I always love my experience at Edward James - I have had many different people cut and colour and they have all been brilliant and professional. I really appreciate and value the head massages both before and during the proceedure. I also love all the products used.
