It started off super lovely! Unfortunately towards the end due to the stylist having a long day, I felt as if I was starting to get forgotten about. I was left waiting to get my hair cut for a while, even their colleague had to call them over. Then my haircut felt very rushed, no styling done to it, it was quite clear the hairdresser just wanted to end their day. Nor did I get any recommendations on how to take care of my dyed hair which I found quite dissapointing. Like it said, it started off great, just a shame it didn't end well.

I've been in before for a tint to get rid of my greys and that experience was nice but I understood that I needed another appointment to achieve the lighter colour I wanted. When I came in this time I asked for balayage to give my hair lighter highlights and look more honey and sunkissed, and also mentioned I didn't like the brassiness of the tint and felt I looked too red. I showed several pictures for reference. £170 later and there is no difference whatsoever. You would never know I had balayage done. If anything it is even more red, but that change is subtle, to say the least. And the blowdry.. I was never asked how I wanted it blowdried. I had to ask for volume but the result was still flat and straight and the serum used made my hair look greasy. Quite disappointed with the results given the time and money spent. I will not be coming back. The massage was great though.

The stylist took over 1hr 20 to do the blow dry, and the result is the same as what I pay for a £28 stylist not £48. Really not worth the money

I normally have amazing service, however I was only having lunch lights today and was unable to get Ed for my appointment. My hair was washed by someone very Inexperienced who pulled my hair and made me yelp on a number of occasions as well as well as dripping water over my face and using very hot water. Once back in my seat, I was asked if I’d like a drink. I requested a Prosecco but it never came. I didn’t make a fuss because I knew I was only having a quick rough dry. However, drying my hair seemed to take an age even brushing it out must’ve taken 10 minutes. He had no idea how to even separate strands. Eventually, I had to request that he left my hair because I had to get to my car which was half an hour over a two hour parking slot time. Another lady then took over and quickly and efficiently dried it for me. I know people have to gain experience but for me, coming to the salon today was sadly not a good experience.
