True colour used to be absolutely amazing but I had a cut and colour there just under a month ago now and I'm so disappointed it cost me $350 and Jordan destroyed my hair my foils are all uneven and unevenly placed and over processed leaving my hair all frizzy where the foils are and my cut was terrible stour had to fix it and she asked Jordan to finish it off and at the point she cut into my lair leaving it all uneven and asvi wanted a concave it very noticeable u have all longer pieces of hair in all places thatthey shouldn't be and as off today I have had 11 people tell me my hair at the back has all long pieces every where. I'm so dissatisfied with Jordans ability & competence and I payed good money for something that I could of had done in Footscray and payed no more than$150 for and it would have looked alit better than the result I got for $350.
