Comment
Some things were not working - monsoon shower would not turn off, shower in changing room would not work). Signature ritual states 3 hours but finished after 2.5 hours. Little things really that I usually get at St Albans, like lower lighting, pillow under my back and knees when lying on back for some time, better quality head and foot massage. Don't get me wrong, was a nice massage and facial, just hoped for the full 3 hours and the usual little touches, for the money.
