The young lady who did my pedicure on Friday 4th April at 1.15pm at the Hitchin salon ( I don't know her name), was excellent at doing my pedicure and gel nails. She really made sure that my experience was a good one.

Had a builder doing work right out side the window during the massage and was using a sander on the window which was extremely loud and unenjoyable. The massage was very light even tho I put on the form that I prefer it to be firm for a deep tissue massage and found the blanket was a bit ichy and damp. But the staff were nice and friendly.

As always, Laura provided a very professional & excellent service. However, the treatment rooms are extremely dated & the towels provided are almost threadbare! The whole experience could be so much nicer if the rooms had a revamp. If it wasn't for Laura, I wouldn't return.
