A very professional experience when you enter the salon from the receptionist to the junior . I feel very confident having my hair coloured and cut especially because my hair was in a dreadful condition prior to trying a new hairdresser. I did look at quite a few before choosing Olivia c . I am very happy with Olivia doing my hair but also I would be very happy with any of the stylists doing it because I know that Olivia has trained them really well and I know she is very proud of her staff .

I had my roots done and a cut and finish with Hannah, she listened to how mush I wanted cut off and my hair looks alot better and more healthy. I am very pleased with the result. Everyone is very friendly in the salon and always go above and beyond to make me feel at ease and welcome.

I arrived for my appointment, my hair quite out of shape, and when the lovely Wendy had finished cutting and blow drying my hair it was exactly as I wanted it and I felt years younger. (Whether I actually looked years younger is open to debate, but I felt it). Wendy took time and trouble to get my hair cut just right, and I think this was reflected in the finished article. Many compliments about my appearance on my return home.

What a wonderful experience it is being welcomed into the salon. Each and every member of staff are so friendly and professional. Always feel in safe hands and staff have such a good knowledge of the products. Can't wait for my next visit. Thank u team Olivia x
