Comment
My hairdresser, Adam, was and is always brilliant. However, as I had a late appointment on a Friday the other staff seemed to be half way out the door. No-one offered me a drink and Adam had to wash my hair himself as there were no assistants to be seen. This isn't the normal service I receive at other times of the day or week, so I will make sure I never book at this time again.
