Always found hair salons a very intimidating place so very rarely visit them. So glad I chose to go to this one! Very friendly environment. Staff were lovely and I felt very well looked after. Hair colour was lovely and even though it’s not the colour I initially came in for this was all explained to me in advance. Looking forward to my next appointment and seeing the outcome!

I had such a great experience with cocoon! Ellen was very nice and friendly and she made sure that I was happy with my hair before I left the salon. I am very glad I chose her to do my hair!

I went in for a cut and my experience was lovely.. I had a lovely relaxing hair wash.. maddy was very friendly she listened to what I wanted and gave me great advise about my hair and explained to me about the products she was using.. I was really pleased with the finish cut and blow dry.. I will defently return as the customer service and experience was outstanding..
