The hair glossing treatment was fine but the blow dry was average and I have asked to get volume on the top but the hairdresser wasn’t up for doing that and she didn’t. They couldn’t find my jacket at the end and I had to wait. They didn’t ask if I was happy with the result. This was my second time at the saloon so I should have been entitled of a discount as a new customer but I didn’t get it as apparently it is not valid on weekends, but no one mentioned that when I stopped by for patch test and for booking the appointment. More than anything I wouldn’t recommend it as when I asked for volume on the top I got told by the hairdresser that she couldn’t after colour.

After not having my haircut for 4 years and being nervous to have it cut Yasmin was really lovely and made me feel at ease continuously chatting about things to keep my mind at ease even if she didn’t realise she was. Made the whole experience amazing and I’ve booked another appointment ☺️
