It was my first time using this salon for a haircut and from the moment I walked in was welcomed by the lovely friendly receptionist. As I sat down was offered a hot/cold beverage and came with two ferreo roché chocolates, which are my favourites. I then met Ellen my hairdresser and such a lovely lady. She asked me lots of questions about my hair and what I was wanting to have done. Had my hair washed and the massage chair was great. I am so grateful to Ellen and so pleased with my hair cut, such a talented lady. I came out of the salon feeling like a million dollars. I would definitely recommend Ellen and the salon to family and friends, so professional and made mynext appointment on my way out. I am a very happy satisfied customer.

Kayley was able to give me so much advice along with a plan on how to get my hair back into good health, the level of service was amazing and she was very attentive. The hair wash was also very good, I love love love the massage chair and I didn't catch her name but the lady who did my hair was excellent and made sure everything was perfect. I'm looking forward to coming back for my color treatment in a month.

Amazing experience! Never received better advice and such a thorough talk about what I wanted before starting. Karlton was very friendly and took the time and care to make me feel very comfortable, giving me great advice too. An extra perk was the massaging chairs as you’re having your hair washed! Will definitely be returning as I was so pleased with how my hair turned out and have never had such a great experience at the hairdressers before.
