I had an appointment with Nicoleta for a new style and blow dry after 2 years of not doing anything with my hair! The business was clean, bright and professional. I was offered a hot or cold drink and was even served my latte with some chocolates! Nicoleta was friendly and cut my hair in a way that framed my face well. I got a lot of compliments at work afterwards! She recommended a treatment that helped my damaged hair feel silky and great and even gave me two hair masks free of charge to help with upkeep. I’ve already re-booked and would definitely recommend her and this salon to people looking for a salon in Reading.

I have struggled to find a hairdresser in Reading that is both affordable and cuts my hair the way I like it. I had a wash cut and dry with Ellen, and I’ve come away happy! Ellen was really friendly and made sure I got the hair cut I wanted, right down to how I wanted my hair to be dried. I also got a great price - 25% off my first cut, and I booked my next one so I can get 25% off that too! Cocoon is definitely going to be my go-to hairdressers from now on!

I had Ellen cut my hair for the first time. She was excellent, she really took her time making sure everything was perfect and was really lovely to speak to! I will definitely be getting my hair cut with her again :)
