I cannot fault the huge effort that Nat and the whole team have gone to in making sure we can have our amazing hair appointments back safely. This is the Gold Standard of how to run a salon during a pandemic. I am biased as I have been coming here for many years and didn’t think it could get any better. Well it has....,clear investment during lockdown makes such a difference and the whole salon is spotless with everything new and shiny. Please felllow customers respect the team and follow their guidance and we really can’t go wrong. Book early to avoid disappointment as the diary is getting full (phone ringing off the hook when I was there this evening) and when word gets out it will be difficult to get in. The only salon amongst my friends and family group (who live in another county) who are not charging customers for PPE. I asked why and the team said it just doesn’t feel right when money is so scarce for people. All of the stylists are fab and to me it feels like going back to see old friends..., thank you so much Holly and Kerry and in particular the amazing Nat who leads from the front and holds it all together with a a big smile and cool head no matter what. Well done ladies...., if this really was a war you would be the glue that held us all together 😷
