I booked a colour online - I was advised £30 When I went to pay I was advised £50 - £20 for a blow dry When I spoke with Nat to advise of the hidden cost that I was not informed about. Her response was ‘’I don’t think you ever intended on paying for your blow dry’’. I have never been so embarrassed and mortified in my life! All the salon was looking at me. When making the appointment online for a colour the was no mention of any other costs therefore I thought the blow dry was included. I am not going to have a colour and walk out with wet hair am I? If stated online £20 for a blow dry I wouldn’t have made the appointment, this is a ridiculous amount to pay for just a blow dry! When I asked Nat if she was the manager she responded yes. This isn’t true is it? Seen that it’s Adele! Customers should be treated with respect, this was definitely not the case. If £20 included a cut also which I didn’t have I would understand the pricing. I left the shop crying, when a customer has their hair done they should be leaving happy and full of confidence like your mirrors exclaim! I had booked to have my hair coloured as I am going on holiday, the occasion should have been a positive experience! I had appointments booked for hair cuts for my daughter and I but after this I will certainly be cancelling them. After leaving the shop I told my daughter what had happened who contacted the salon via telephone and was informed that we are lying about my experience. I do not lie!

Everyone was very nice and friendly. First time getting my haircut in a while and they made me feel at ease.

All staff are friendly and professional and make me feel really welcome at the salon. As my work schedule is hectic Natalie is always able to accommodate me where possible and always is able to deliver what I ask for. Natalie is an excellent hair stylist and never disappoints. 😊

Amazing service from Kerie as always.., have been coming here for years and love all the staff.., feels more like a night out.., only issue.., terrible problems with the water.., wish the owner would invest in a new boiler/plumber.., not a reflection of the staff at all who are excellent

I have been going to Coast hair now for a few years, wouldn’t change my hairdresser’s now. They are always friendly, extremely knowledgeable about new products and styles and are always honest about what will and not work for you. Xx

Another great visit at Coast.., thanks Kerie for such an amazing cut and colour and for all the great chat and laughs along the way.., as ever I feel like I have had a really good night out and the icing on the case is the perfect cut and colour.., thank you and see you next time.., would highly recommend anyone thinking of Coast to book in asap.., thank you 😊
