I had a color consultation done the week before my appointment to cover grey roots and get a haircut. I specifically drew the attention to the fact that I have had an unfortunate dying somewhere else and multiple treatments to correct the problem. I wad assured this will not happen with the particular number hair dyi we chose on recommendation by the stylist. Sure enough my roots came out orange. I had to stay for an extra hour to try and correct the issue with a darker number, which provided a marginal improvement that I am sure will fade in a few washes and teveal an orange overall tone. I am not happy with the end result, will not recommend or return to the salon.
