Very polite service. Greeting at the door personal and my arrival anticipated. Stylist listens carefully to your ideas and wishes then makes suggestions if required. Refreshment is free and offered on arrival and thereafter on several occasions. Head massage is wonderful with the conditioner for me but not everyone likes it, it is offered so the client can decline if they wish. The owner of the salon is meticulous with the care of the salons' clients, business premises and staff. Excellent knowledge of current products they use and is quick to introduce new hair products and techniques by holding regular training and up grade sessions for staff. Fabulous training offered to new trainees. I have witnessed trainees graduate under the salon owners tutorledge to become stylists in their own right, carrying on the ethos of the salon.
