It is very unfortunate, the hair stylist today and on my other visits does not try to strike up a conversation with me. This makes me feel like an unwelcome guest in someone’s home!..... Also, communication is an issue, as I stipulated I did not want my hair blow dried, when I made my appointment. I also, made sure, I mentioned it again in the salon to the hair technician, of which she said, the hair stylist is aware of it! However, after cutting my hair, the hair stylist picked up the hair drier to blow dry my hair. I instantly said, I did not want my hair blow dried. The stylist abruptly put down the hair drier and proceeded to the till for my payment. It would have been a nice touch, if the stylist had at least offered to dry off my hair, or at least, apologised for the error. When I arrived home, after my hair had dried, I noticed the brown flashes I had put in my hair were very dark, compared to previous treatments. Therefore, in view of this continuing treatment of being ignored and lack of communication amongst the staff, I have decided to try out a more friendlier salon!...

I arrived promptly for my appt and was attended to pleasantly, my hair was washed and I was seated at the stylists chair. It was nearly twenty five minutes before my stylist was free to cut my hair. The cut was very quick as there were other people waiting for the stylist so felt very rushed. Not a very relaxing experience!

Everything was good except for timekeeping. I had a 6pm appointment and although my hair was washed quickly I then waited 30 minutes for it to be cut

I found the hairdresser a bit rough with my hair and she caught me on the neck with the straighteners I won't be having her again!

I left the salon feeling like I’d been made to look and feel silly for wanting to use vouchers that were sent to me but wouldn’t scan. The voucher wouldn’t scan and there was nothing they could do because a 3rd party sends the vouchers. Why pay a company to track your customers and issue vouchers that can’t be accepted at the till?
