Excellent, friendly service, I was made to feel welcome as soon as I walked in the door (and I am someone who has found hair and beauty salons to be intimidating in the past!) I was able to convert Tesco vouchers into Spafinder vouchers which I was able to use in Changes. If I were looking for a negative I would say that the decor in the treatment room was a little tired but that is really being picky and would only matter to someone who wanted a more luxury feel to their treatment. As I was going in for a leg wax I just wanted a tactful and professional service and I was made to feel very comfortable.
