Keep up the good work and keep the prices reasonable! The hairstylists always listen to what you want and DO what you want! If my mum and I want blonde hair, WE GET BLONDE HAIR not like the other hairdressers! Thank you xxx

The service I receive at Changes is always professional and of a high standard. My thoughts and ideas are discussed and I trust the advice I am given. I have always loved the colours I have and the cut makes my hair easy to manage. Staff are welcoming and friendly and they have always done their best to fulfil my wishes. My own experiences on the styling side are based on Janina and Jules' expertise and advice and I am always happy to leave my head in their hands. My beauty treatments are professional and relaxing and the environment is private, calm and peaceful. I recommend the salon without hesitation.

I have only rated the service lower as my stylist had to keep stopping to deal with phone calls and passing trade popping into the shop, as did all the other stylists and the beauty therapist. I would recommend that a receptionist is employed to carry out these tasks and then this would give the salon a top rating in service.

I think you could do with a receptionist to answerthe phone and take bookings deal with passing trade. My stylist had to stop on numerous occassions to carry out these tasks which take away from my experience. the other stylists had to do the same. So although my experience was good, it could have been excellent if there had been fewer interuptions.

I am a regular customer at Changes Day Spa and the service I receive is always excellent. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. I am never kept waiting.
