I am very happy with my experience and the and the quality of hairdressing. However, I do not like the disposable thin non-absorbant towels and the music is too loud!

The staff are very helpful and professional. The building is a older building.Gaining entry to the beauty area is using a outside alley open to elements. This is not ideal and needs to be improved, the beauty room could also be a warmer temperature and the ceiling decor could be improved. However the beauty therapist Lauren is amazing and I would highly recommend.
