I had a haircut short on 6th Sept. It didn’t look anything like the style I described and showed (in a previous haircut photo). It looked awful. Cut far too short at the back. Too long at the front. Nothing like what I asked for. Didn’t suit me. I asked him if it suited me, he said yes. Had no shape. Maybe he should talk less and concentrate more on what a client wants. So, the next day, I went elsewhere to have it corrected (they cut it just how I wanted - they restyled it and it looks much better). I will not be returning to HQ. I don’t recommend them.
