Dear Skin & Tonic, I would like to share the delightful experience I had this morning for my facial treatment - from the first minute walking in to the last minute walking out! In todays highly competitive profit driven environment, it is a refreshing change to know customers comes first! Please see below the outstanding factors that helped deliver a personalised customer experience: 1) Excellent Communication: As a member of staff was absent for my original appointment, quickly re-arranged and scheduled in a new time the same day 2) Friendly and highly qualified staff offering specific individual advice for my particular skin type 3) Tailored and personalised treatment plan, epitomised by the dermotologist going the extra mile to include a steam treatment that was a welcome addition to the 'Collagen Plump and Lift'; to help give a better end-result 4) Advising which face products work best for my skin, with no obligation to buy on the spot and providing free samples to first try and then purchase the products at a later date. All in all, thank you for the perfect way to start the week :)
