Hadn't gad Megan before. She was very sweet and pleasant but the waxing was more uncomfortable than normal and I was left with quite a few sticky wax patches afterwards.

Really welcoming and professional approach. Facial was excellent, unfortunately manicure was still not dry over an hour later and smudged which was a disappointment.

I appreciate that I arrived late due to an error in my diary (leaving 45 minutes for a full pedicure), but my feet have some significant rough spots left on them. I did not have my toenails polished due to the limited time and could not have a lip and chin wax. So I did expect to have a better basic job done on my feet. I struggled without success to get any appointment in August and September, so the fact that the quality of the work done was not good is especially disappointing. I gave 'quality of professional advice' a 1 as I wasn't given any on this visit (and the system didn't let me leave it blank). I am unlikely to refer family and friends to you as I keep it a pretty dark secret that I go to any beauty salon! Compared to the place I used to go to (also in St. Albans, where the hygiene was very low, and the appointments were sometimes broken because the staff member didn't turn up!) you are abs. fabulous... and I think would compare very well with beauty salons I have been to in Edinburgh, Cardiff, etc.
